The Vice Chairman, Senate Committee on Defence, Barr. Istifanus Gyang, Saturday bagged two Awards for positively impacting his constituents since his election to the House of Reps in 2015.
The Envoys of Hope Assembly Jos slammed the Award for Excellence in Human and Community Development on the Plateau North Senator while Rotary club of Jos Central handed him an Award of Excellence for Service to Humanity.
“This is a call to do more,” said the Senator in Jos.
His purpose according to him is to add value to life and contribute to the development of the country.
Gyang who was Guest Preacher at the Envoys of Hope 12th Anniversary however challenged Nigerians to identify their purpose and stick to God for direction on how to fulfill it.
