Rep Bagos sends loving words to deceased Senator Longjan

“Your legacies and exemplary leadership was a source of inspiration to the younger generation of leaders.
“We’re consoled, as Christians, in the hope that we’d see you again in glory,” wrote Dachung Musa Bagos, on Monday in the tributes book opened for the late Senator Ignatius Longjan at his Jos residence.
Bagos, the Member representing Jos South/Jos East Federal Constituency in the Nigerian House of Representatives, expressed sadness over the demise of the Senator representing Plateau South senatorial zone in the Nigerian Senate.
Mr. Longjan was announced dead on Monday after a protracted illness.
He died at Turkish Hospital, Abuja, where he was receiving medical treatment, five weeks after rumors of his death began circulating.
The retired Diplomat and former Deputy Governor of Plateau State, Bagos said was a “father, a humble leader, and a committed Christian.”
The entire people of his constituency, the Rep member said are “truly grieved” by the death of the Senator.
