Max Air to start flying Jos-Abuja in two weeks

Max Air Nigeria ltd, a leading airline in the country might soon start flights between Jos and the Federal capital territory.

This follows an agreement signed Tuesday between the Plateau State government and Management of Max Airlines Limited for such Air services.

During the signing in Abuja, Secretary to the Government of Plateau State, Professor Danladi Atu said the state Government is committed to the economic “rebirth” of the State.

The introduction of flight services from Jos to Abuja, Atu said will attract investors and create viable platforms for tourism to thrive in the State.

General Manager Operations of Max Air Nigeria Limited, Mr. Raymond Okaka said the airline desires to reduce the burden of transportation through air travel.

He assured of quality Air Services to the people of Plateau State.

The Air line is expected to commence operations in two weeks time, a statement issued by the Director of Press to Governor Simon Lalong, Makut Macham says.
