Central Nigerian entertainment champion, Mees Palace has shutdown operations in compliance with government guidelines on the control of COVID-19.

Known for weekly cinema shows, bazaar sales, children games, football academy and events hall rental, the center confirmed, Sunday that it has closed down for business, except “takeaway” food sales.

“We’ve shutdown the cinema, the academy and children games arcade.

“We have kept open just the kitchen providing food in takeaway packs for our numerous guests who still come in trickles to take their food and snacks out,” Mr. Emmanuel Adukwu, an official of the center told Farmhouse Reporters.

Hand washing water and hand sanitizers, Mr. Adukwu said are always at the entrance of the eatery for use by customers.
