Business activities have continued to thrive at the Jos Pollo field, venue of the 2020 annual Jos Trade Fair, MK can confirm.
The 2020 fair started on October 15, 2020, was reportedly shutdown by EndSARS protestors, but it would appear that only the curfews imposed on the city temporarily interrupted it.
On Wednesday after Government called off the 24hr curfew meant to control vandals masquerading as protesters, exhibitors crowded the venue with assorted products of varying sorts.
Buyers and window shoppers equally flooded the place, as entertainers thrilled guests.
The 2020 Fair organized by Plateau Chambers of Commerce Industries, Mines and Agriculture in collaboration with Anista Marketing and Events limited will last 21 days featuring general product, services and tourist exhibitions.
Themed “Trade Fairs, a Platform for sustaining MSMEs in a Challenging Economy”, the 2020 Trade Fair also reserves special fanfare for children and families.
